How do I use my voucher code?

Click the Checkout button at the top of the page to go to your shopping bag. Above the product in your basket it will ask you to use a voucher code, then type your voucher code into the box and click ‘Apply’.

Why isn’t my voucher working?

Online shop vouchers are only valid for use on products that are part of a promotion or campaign, so check whether the relevant promotion is still running. If you have the voucher from an online forum, club or event then please check with the club if it’s still available and of course you can contact our sales team and we’ll be able to help.

 

What happens to my voucher if I return my order or if (part of) my order is cancelled?

It depends on which type of voucher you use. Vouchers that give you a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off) will be replaced if you return (part of) your order. Monetary amount vouchers (e.g. £10) will only be replaced in case of return of your full order. If you return part of your order, you will only receive a replacement for the monetary amount applied to that specific product.

Your invoice gives you a breakdown of the split of monetary amount discount across the products you ordered.
