Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, Once you have all your items in your basket, if you prefer to ring and place the order over the phone then please feel free to ring us on 0115 9893488 and we’ll be more than happy to take your order for you.

How do I checkout?

When you’re ready to buy the items in your basket, click the shopping basket button at the top right of the page.

If you’ve registered with GSM Performance before you can use your email address to log in. If you don’t have an account, you can check out as a guest or create an account before you check out.

To finalise your purchase, enter your delivery and billing addresses, then choose a payment method and enter the necessary payment information before clicking ‘Confirm Order’.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards registered within the UK. We also accept Paypal and Pay4Later for UK orders. If you are registered outside the UK we ask that you make payment by Paypal for security.

What kind of emails will I receive about my order?

GSM Performance will send you the following emails to update you on your order status:

Order received:You will receive a confirmation of receipt email shortly after you successfully placed an order online to confirm that this has been accepted and is ready for processing.
Invoice:You will receive a second email with a PDF copy of your invoice and additional product information
Order shipped:This email confirms that your order has dispatched and shipped. The email contains a track & trace code you can use to follow your order’s delivery status. (where available)
Order returned:This email confirms that we have received your returned order. We will inspect the products you returned and refund you if they meet the requirements of our Return Policy within 14 business days.
Cancellation:This email is sent if your order is fully or partially cancelled.
Pre-order?

You can pre-order products that are currently out of stock or are soon to be released. As soon as it arrives, we ship it straight to you. Place your pre-order using a valid credit card. We must state that you will be charged immediately at the point of order and you will receive a confirmation in a similar fashion to a product which is in stock.

What is a back-order?

A back-order is when you have placed an order for an item that is currently out of stock and you have requested it to be delivered once it is available again.

When the item comes back into stock, you will receive an email confirming when your item(s) have been shipped from our selves or direct from the manufacturer to reduce delivery time. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, paypal and pay4later for back-orders.

If there are delivery or warehouse issues and the process takes longer than expected on your invoice and email confirmation, you will be contacted to see if you wish to retain the back order or if you want to cancel. We will contact you regularly with updates during this process.

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. The most common reason for cancellation is that the item is no longer available and is waiting to be removed from the website or you accidentally provided incorrect contact details at the point of order.

If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the relevant amount of money will of course be refunded to your bank account. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but please be aware that your local bank may take a few extra days to process the payment. If you have paid via Paypal or Pay4later the same process will apply.

Can I cancel my order?

This will depend entirely on the type of product you have ordered and the time scale between the order and the time you want to cancel the order. Various products do have different terms and conditions if they are custom hand made to order or specialist products like roll cages. Please note any specialist conditions which will be outlined on the products them selves and any conditions stated on your invoice and documentation.

 

Which products can I cancel?

Standard products or products which are held in stock can be cancelled with no charges or special order fees. Customised, special order or hand made products can not be cancelled after your order is submitted and has been processed for production.

 

How long after cancelling my order will I receive a refund?

In case the payment has been processed before your cancellation, you will receive a refund following the regular refund process.

Please note; it may take up to 14 days for your payment provider to process the refund. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your bank or credit card company directly for further details.

 

Will I receive a new voucher for cancelled items?

Unfortunately it is not possible to reactivate redeemed vouchers.

 

How do I add / make changes to my basket?

To add a product to your shopping basket, choose the product options that you want, then select how many you want to buy before clicking the ‘Add to basket’ button.

To make changes to your shopping bag, click the ‘Basket icon at the top of the page. Now you can adjust the quantity of any item in your bag, or completely remove items.

When you’ve finished making changes, click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button to return to the online shop.

 

Can I exchange a product?

Yes depending on the product. For stocked and regular items we can send you an exchange form which you will need to complete and send back with your items for the items you want to exchange them for. If you have ordered a customised product, special order product or hand made product this will not be available.

Refunds are subject to the conditions of our Return Policy, and are not available for personalised and customised items.

 

How do I choose the right size?

If a product like a Race Suit comes in various sizes, there will be a size chart link in the product description that links to a full overview of all size measurements. This will allow you to measure yourself correctly for the right race suit or race-wear.
